Best online version yet of the 1994 WAVA Age-Graded Tables by British mathematician Howard Grubb with data supplied by Canadian hurdler/physicist Jess Brewer.

Jess Brewer's calculator
Based on the latest WMA Age-Graded Tables, released in 2006, this calculator by a Canadian physics professor allows you to plug in your all-time open best and see what it's worth in your new age group.

Athletics Weekly Online
British weekly track magazine gives serious due to masters athletics. Includes an editor's blog.

Ontario Masters Track
Comprehensive site with results, photos and even a Facebook link; it also hosts Canadan masters rankings -- indoors and outdoors.

Peak Performance Online
Masters-friendly British site calls itself "the world's largest free sports performance resource" and features a veterans running blog by company founder Sylvester Stein.

Runner's World Online
Gives serious attention to masters news, athletes and events as it profiles elites over 40 and posts daily news links to newspapers around the world.

European masters (EVAA)
Newsy, growing site lists all European masters associations, many contacts, records and even WMA meet photos.

South African masters
Site brings together info on the various South African masters groups. Much promise for nation that hosted the 1997 world WAVA meet.

Official German vets site
Click on Senioren at bottom left for German-language news on masters athletics in Deutscheland.

German masters site
Growing site features meet information, forums, links to masters athletes and other German fun stuff.

Another German-language site, where masters is a serious sideline.

Athleticanet Master
Italian masters site with newsy articles, photos, calendars, records and forums.

Italian masters
A subset of Italian national track site. WMA world sprint champion Rosa Marchi is building another site devoted to Italian masters track.

Doug Fry's
pioneering gateway to Australian veterans links, results and news. May have been the world's first Web site with a focus on masters track.

Queensland Masters Athletics
Literally colorful site has everything you need to know about veterans track in this region of Australia -- founded in 1973. Lots of downloadable results files.

Josian Philippe's Site
Aussie sprint fan covers veterans and posted this cool quote: "Veterans athletics has reached such a level in many cases, that a lot of young guns might get a shock or two if they were to run alongside some of the best of the old brigade."

West Australian Masters
Sophisticated new site designed by John Stone focusing on masters events in western Australia, especially Perth. Includes PDF versions of the latest issue of Vetrun magazine.

ACT Veterans AA of Australia
New club site for Australian Capital Territory has many departments and currently is featuring a member survey, whose results also are posted.

Victoria Australia Veterans
This Australian club site covers a lot of territory, also its own set of records and includes oodles of photos (one shows a man doing the "Fosberry flop.") Results are posted at Around the Grounds.

South Australian Veterans
Aussie club founded in 1971 caters to all levels of masters, which the site considers age 30 and up.  Known for its Wednesday night meets.

New Zealand veterans
Bare-bones site does a fine job of fleshing out who runs New Zealand veterans track and where meets and regional centers are.

South American veterans
Funky new gateway to information on masters groups in 13 South American countries from Argentina to Venezuela, with lots of records, results and e-mail contacts.

Czech Republic veterans
Site webmastered by Prague's Jan Zednik, called Veteranska Atletika, provides local veterans news, results and even a dictionary of track terms in different languages. 

Polish veterans
New improved site with a cute dinosaur logo is webmastered  by Jerzy Jurkowski with Excel files galore and interesting detours.

Romanian veterans
Rudimentary site has all the basics -- including results, records and a competition calendar.

Finnish veterans
Wide assortment of news on Finnish veterans athletics, with Scandinavian records and meet information -- professionally produced by Georg Dunkel (with English version).

Russian veterans
English-language site of the Russian Veterans Sports Council, which includes track and other sports. Lots of results and records, but much is in Russian.

Hong Kong veterans
Amusingly written page of news from the Athletic Veterans of Hong Kong, a club that also caters to masters swimming.

Kwazulu Natal veterans
South African regional track club devoted to veterans athletics.
Central Gauteng Veterans 
Another South African regional track club, which sent 25 athletes to the World WMA Championships in Brisbane (with much success).

Dutch veterans
Netherlands club site Atletiekvereniging EA-Volharding Purmerend includes set of veterans records.

Finnish 400 page
Finnish athlete Georg Dunkel's specialty is the 400-meter dash, and this site (which began listing Finland vets 400 marks) has it all.

Japan Masters Athletics
Site of the Japan Masters Athletic Association based in Wakayama City features meet calendars, results, Japan masters links and other information. You may need to download Japanese character set to fully appreciate this site.

Canadian Masters AA
Official site of the Canadian Masters Athletic Association, with results, records, meet calendars and other valuable info.

Kajaks Masters Club
Club based in Richmond, British, Columbia, is a model for masters track club home pages.

Alberta Masters Athletics
Canadian province is focus of this comprehensive site webmastered by Rick Larush, which includes lots of results. Features Alberta masters indoor and outdoor records.

Edmonton Masters AA
Alberta masters track club piggybacks the larger allCanadianSports.Ca Web host, and has a great motto: "EMAA -- Life starts now!"

Istanbul Masters AC
Apparently the first-ever Turkish masters track club to go online. Modest site lists recent results, upcoming meets and shares news of Turkish runners.

Peak Performance
Commercial site based in the United Kingdom offers a library of sports science articles and a section on "Veterans."

Masters Athlete Daily
Online arm of magazine published out of Chicago. Modeled after Sports Illustrated, it is the first successful masters sports publication in America.
Formerly called GeezerJock.

National Masters News
Monthly masters newspaper full of features, training tips, columns, meet information and results. Look for new look under new owner Randy Sturgeon of Sacramento.

USATF Masters
Official information on USATF masters track and field, with chairman's report and official minutes and and reports.

Mastershistory.org
USATF Masters service includes world and national championship results, USATF rankings and an archive of publications in PDF format, including David Pain's USA masters international touring team newsletters from the 1970s and Britain's Veteris magazine.

National Senior Games Association
Organizers of the National Senior Olympics, held every two years in odd-numbered years. The next one is in June 2005 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Also has a vast State Games directory.

Trackinfo.org
Masters hurdler and meet director Andy Hecker features all-comers meets nationwide on this site, along with a list of all-weather tracks in California, TV times for track meets and assorted other calendars and goodies.

Southern California masters hurdler and statmeister has compiled a wonderful and comprehensive list of links to sites that offer meet results for masters and open events, especially in California.

U.S. Corporate Athletics Association
Major companies nationwide send their best athletes for age-group competition in a national championships. The 2001 meet was held July 21-22 in Renton, Washington.

Fifty-Plus Fitness Association
One of several senior organizations on the Web devoted to the range of masters sports

David Ortman's False Starts
Seattle-based masters star posts his wild and wacky columns that have appeared in National Masters News.

Running with Hal Higdon
Prolific author, columnist and runner has been a part of the masters track scene from the beginning. But most of his site is devoted to distance running and road events.

Long and Strong Throwers Club
Masters thrower Glenn Thompson provides a Grand Central Station on the weight events, including his Ten Commandments (one of which is: "Never turn your back on the ring/runway! You run the risk of death or decapitation if you do!") Highly recommended.

Ross Dunton's Training Site
Tennessee-based masters runner and coach offers sophisticated information on masters training and injury prevention. He'll coach you via e-mail, too.

Absolute Age Records
Tony Dziepak lists some age-based throwing records based on the premise "nobody older had thrown farther." He doesn't go as old as he could. But it's a fascinating list and concept.

Southern California Striders
Masters and submasters track club is very active, sponsoring its annual Meet of Champions and a yearly winter banquet, where club awards are presented. Latest uniform is pretty snazzy.

SoCal Track Club
Masters friendly and focused track club based in Orange County is coached by middle-distance maven Mark Cleary.

Dallas Masters Track Club
Online home of the 150-member Texas-based masters track club founded in 1981. The club features many national and world champion age-group athletes, and puts on major meets every year.

Houston Masters 
Online home of the Houston Masters Sports Association, primarily a distance running club. Cool effect with cursor on home page.

Maryland Masters Track Club
Oscar Peyton webmasters this basic site, catering to quite a few national-class masters athletes in the Northeast United States.

Mass Velocity Track Club
New England-based club founded by sprinter Larry Libow of Massachusetts has about 100 members and contends for national masters club titles indoors and out.

Oregon Track Club
Open to all ages, this club is very friendly to masters athletes and features some of the most savvy veterans meet organizers around.

Over the Hill Track Club
Ohio-based track club with about 60 members, including WMA's Rex Harvey and the late centenarian Everett Hosack, a masters legend.

Texas Track
Big site orchestrated by Phil Murray covers all aspects of track in the Lone Star State, including masters.

Arizona Flames Track Club
Mesa-based club trains youngsters through masters.

USA Long Distance Running
Covers masters distance running as fairly as open and youth categories. Includes an extensive records section by individual age.

Masters Track and Field: A History
First and only book of its kind. Written by a masters thrower who has witnessed much of the movement's evolution. But it's available for far less than $65 list price. Just Google it.

Gail Devers
Elite American W35 hurdler and Olympic champion in the sprints is still the best in her game at age 37 in 2004. No masters events for her, though. Still shooting for world 100H record.

Doug "Bubba" Sparks
Texas coach and masters vaulter guides top women like Lesa Kubishta and pokes fun at himself in this funky site.
